Toss in yellow corn, the most important ingredient. Mix all together and coat with 2 eggs, 1/2 cup ground or whole flax seeds, 2 cups of whole wheat flour. Mix until everything is coated. Then I take plastic wrap and squish everything down into the bottom of the bowl and place in the freezer until the mix cools enough to handle. Mold into patties and freeze. Usually i'll make about a dozen all at once, then I freeze the patties in tinfoil. They will keep for up to 2 months.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
